hehes...last time mock i got 0 =.=" haiz...every1 improve for shuttle run except mi...ppl can improve frm 13secs to 11secs...12secs to 10secs...me lehhs? -.-" 12secs to 12secs...zzzzzzz...im feelin so darn nervous 4 next 2.4km run nxt week!!!!!argh...
